The easiest way to keep in touch with your client base, that’s prospects and buyers is to use an electronic newsletter or Ezine. Brick and mortar businesses of all kinds can also benefit from an online newsletter or Ezine.
Why an Ezine? Generally, is free to deliver, only costs in your time or your assistant’s time to publish, it’s fast to put together when comparing to a print newsletter and you can deliver it more frequently.
Alexandria Brown, formally known as the Ezine Queen, perfected a system for entrepreneurs to quickly and easily create Ezines. She actually started with a handful of clients, published and online Ezine email and now her business has grown to a multi-million dollar empire. It all started with an Ezine.
Many business owners, especially Information Marketers, keep in touch with their client list by sending out an Ezine. This is a great way to stay in touch with the people on their subscription list; however, many totally underestimate the amount of time and effort required in producing a weekly Ezine. If you have an Ezine and publish it only once a month – don’t bother. You should try to touch your list at least once a week with meaningful content that they look forward to. Sometimes it is difficult to find fresh content and you can often struggle to meet the weekly deadline., just like me.
Here are 7 tips to help you find fresh content for your Ezine, tips or other online newsletters:
- 1)
- Keep a notebook handy beside your computer and take note of any interesting article, blog post or snippet of information in your niche that you feel will add value and be of interest to your clients.
- 2)
- Consider sending out a survey asking your clients the main problems they are encountering. Use this information as a basis for one section of your Ezine until you have exhausted the list, then send out another survey asking a different set of questions. You can use a free tool names Survey Monkey to send a survey.
- 3)
- Add an ‘Ask (your name)’ section to your blog or website and encourage your clients to send you their questions. Use this information to form the basis of a ‘Q & A’ section. This technique is real meaningful when you have an idea for product creation as well.
- 4)
- You may wish to share some personal news and information about yourself in your Ezine. Make your Ezine fun. Your list wants to know more about you so write something that will help you build a closer relationship with them. You can share without crossing the line of privacy.
- 5)
- Monetize your Ezine. Include a ‘Recommended by’ section and use this to promote products or services you find are good value for money. You can always plug other people’s products by putting your affiliate links in or your own products.
- 6)
- Add a ‘Coming events’ section to inform your clients of your up and coming events and new products launches.
- 7)
- If you find that a weekly publication is too much, consider twice a month and then a short tip every other week. You still get the exposure and your list wi8ll enjoy marketing, business or other tips or quotes.
If cialis for order “>purchase cialis on line you are just starting out consider 2 Ezines a month. It’s better to increase than miss publication.
