What is focused implementation?
Are you busy or are you productive?
There is a BIG difference between those two things. It’s easy to be busy, but it’s a lot more profitable to be productive.
Focused Implementation…
How can you be so focused that nothing can disturb you?
Have you ever had a time when somebody was talking to you but you didn’t hear them because you were so engaged in something else? Do you ever have music playing in the background but you don’t actually hear it?
Pretty much everyone has had that experience. When you bring that into your business, that’s when changes really start to happen for you in a positive way.
There are no more than six things that you are really great at (and really more like 3-4), that are your special and unique talents or skills as it relates to your business. The question is how much time are you INVESTING doing those things every day and how much time are you SPENDING doing “other” things in your business.

Start spending no less than 80% of your time each day doing those 3-4 things that are uniquely your talents. Stop doing all the rest and your income and your profits will double – almost overnight!
Remember the 80/20 rule? The Pareto Principle…here it is at work again.
Spend 80% of your time (more if you can) doing your best things, the things you are uniquely qualified to do, the things you’re best at, the things that people come to you for, and watch your business take off.
That’s called Focus!
