Are You Doing What’s Most Effective?

You’re all busy running your businesses and doing things every day.
The question is are you doing the right things? Are you working in your areas of genius and generating money in your businesses every day?
Do you know what the Most Effective thing is that you can be doing in your business?
What gets you the best results…and are you doing the thing (or things) that when you do it, it gives you the biggest bang for your buck?
I see so many entrepreneurs and business owners struggle unnecessarily because they aren’t focusing on the money generating activities in their business…and it doesn’t have to be that way.
One quick example just happened at the last “Implementation Coaching Event™” when I suggested to one of my newest coaching clients that she run a contest and she couldn’t figure out if she was going to have time to tally the results. I simply advised her to have one of her team members do it for her while she concentrated on selling the item the contest was about. This one small change resulted in a huge success…she sold more of the item than her very lofty goal had been. This happened because she was focused on doing what she was really good at.
