Are You The Only One Working Hard?

I know, I know…I’m not supposed to use that word! Work! I always find it funny when people say you aren’t supposed to make them think it’s work…well, as a business owner, you know you have to do some work, right? Then why are we trying to fool everyone? I’ve just never understood that logic.
Anyway, this week, you should know you aren’t the only one, and everyone in the world isn’t really out to lunch, lounging by the pool, or having an awesome vacation while you’re in the office working…it just seems that way because social media is the place everyone goes to post that stuff and make themselves look good.
I’ve said this before, and I’m going to say it again…stop comparing your behind the scenes footage with everyone else’s highlight reel! Stop comparing period! Run your own race, enjoy your journey. Keep moving forward!
Let’s be real! Every day isn’t a perfect day – in life or in business. So stop expecting every day to be a bowl of cherries or to come up smelling like a rose. It just doesn’t happen – and it’s unrealistic!
By the way, if you’re like me and you genuinely like to work, don’t feel like you have to apologize for that. It’s ok to like it and to be great at something. In some ways, I think if your work isn’t also your play then you may be doing the wrong things – or at the very least you need a little bit of rearranging or at least a strategic look at how your business is set up.
If you’d like to do that in an environment with other people who are growing their businesses and looking for some answers, check out the “Implementation Coaching Event™,” June 11-12, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Attending the “Implementation Coaching Event™,” will help you double your income in the next 90 days. Come check it out and see for yourself!

Thank you Diane for your emails and videos. I love them and are so inspirational. That’s definitely the gift that God gave you. Yes, I like to work too, and the best part about working, is that you get money for it! LOL. I saw you at CAPS in April. This has been the year that God has put some challenges in my life, probably to see how I’d handle them! They have slowed me down, but I just keep going, so your videos mean a lot to me! And yes, when I read other peoples accomplishments, it can be a wow moment, a darn it moment, an I want something like that moment, but then I look at what I’ve done and also say to myself “Well, I’m not on that same road, so that doesn’t matter.” I then have to realize that what matters is the road that I’M on, not someone else’s. I’m looking forward to your event in the fall, I hope on the list for that!
