Does Your Business Run By Your Rules OR Somebody Else’s

Have you ever found yourself answering the question about why you’re doing something with “because THEY told me to?”
Who’s They?
When you do things because everyone else is doing it or because you saw it on somebody else’s social media feed, take heed.
Are you the leader in your business or are you following?
Don’t get me wrong, there are great lessons in modeling certain aspects of other successful businesses… as long as you know why you’re doing it and do it with purpose and strategy.
NOT by just blindly doing things, following somebody else’s advice, or doing something because it’s popular at the time.
I saw this happen this week. The same post on about 40 friends’ walls – just because they saw it somewhere else. No thought was given to it.
Don’t be a sheep.
Be the leader of the pack… and certainly be the leader in your own life and business.
