March Madness has arrived…
Yes, I’m talking about college basketball!
AND…
Your business.
As I watched on Selection Sunday, the excitement of the athletes as their schools were called, I wondered how many people get that excited to start each day.
Are you excited at the prospect of what each new day brings?
Or… has it become just another day?
Maybe a little mix of both.
Business is both exciting, and a bit exhausting, because it brings the potential for something new every day. And, you never know what that might be.
The excitement and joy of winning… and the agony of defeat.
The great news is that “defeat” in business isn’t really defeat. Because you live to try something else – to play again another day.
Many times, in athletics if you get beat, you’re done (for the season, the year, etc.).
In business you can always try again. There’s always another way, something else to try, or something new to try.
Do you feel joy in your business?
