When Do You REALLY Need A Funnel?

Funnels, funnels, funnels…you hear about funnels everywhere you go and around all turns it seems.
Marketing funnels aren’t new – they just have a name now and they have turned into something we talk about.
But, when do you really need a funnel?
Pretty much everything in your business is or has a marketing funnel – and it always has, and it always will.
That doesn’t mean you have to have a FORMAL FUNNEL with 173 steps that is drawn out on paper and has arrows and if, then’s all over it. It just means you have a systematic approach to moving people through your system to ultimately get a sale (or to move them to the next step in the funnel).
Funnels don’t have to be complicated. They don’t have to be long and convoluted, and rarely do funnels need to be hacked (I’m not even quite sure what that means).
The shortest marketing funnel in business is to pick up the phone and talk to somebody, and hopefully make a sale. Done! Next!
We’ll be talking more about funnels at “Plan, Grow & Succeed™”! November 7-8, 2019, in Atlanta! Funnels, list building, your marketing calendar and more…all in 2 days.
